Additional Information
- You may bring your own cooler and food. A grill is available for the raging bull or party bus limo for $45. Please request a head of time.
- Ipods are provided with a variety playlist of music and videos. You are welcome to bring your own ipod to play.
- Any damage done will be charged immediately and is the responsibility of the party booking the ride to pay for.
- There is a bodily fluid cleanup charge of $200
- A deposit and a signed contract is required to hold busses for dates needed. (Party Bus Limo - $100, Raging Bull / Shark Fin $200).
- Deposit is non-refundable due to cancelation unless we book the ride to someone else for your reserved time slot at full price.
- 15% gratuity is added to the bill
- 5% sales tax is added to the bill
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
*Time rented includes travel time to and from the first and last pickup points. In other words, the clock starts when the bus pulls out of the driveway at the Keller-Coach Neenah, WI facility on the way to pick up the first round of passengers and stops when the bus returns to the Neenah, WI facility after the last drop off of passengers. To find these times, enter 7279 Commerce Plaza Drive, Neenah WI and your pickup/dropoff destination into Google Maps. The estimated travel time from our facility to your first pickup and final drop off point plus your total ride time will be used for billing purposes.
You will be billed actual ride time if it exceeds the estimated billable hours. It is up to the customer to manage their time in order to not go over the estimated budget keeping in mind travel time to and from the Neenah, Wi facility where the busses are stored. All factors including traffic conditions, unexpected time changes of the event, etc. are the responsibility of the customer to pay for should it result in additional time traveled.
Additional hours will be billed in 1/2 hour incirments (rounded up to the nearest half hour) and are to be paid in full prior to exceeding your pre-paid budget on the day of the ride. Should there be a balance due after the day of the ride a 1 1/2% apr fee will be applied to the balance due until it is paid.
All rates are in consideration of rides in the Fox Valley Area - ie 25 mile radius (road miles) from our Neenah, WI facility according to Google Maps. This radius includes most of Kaukauna through Oshkosh. We welcome bookings outside this radius but may involve an extra fuel charge and will be quoted on an individual basis. We are happy to do long distance rides, it just might cost a little more for fuel. Please email or call us for a price.
**Packer/Brewer/Badger game special rates include one pickup and drop off spot and is in consideration of arriving at the stadium approximately 1.5 hours before the game and leaving 1 hour after the game. Additional hourly fees ($75/ hour for party bus limo, $100/hr for Raging Bull and Shark Fin) as shown above will apply if the time goes over these limits. Any additional bar hopping or pickup/dropoff stops on the way too and from will be added to the overall billable time. Additional fuel charges may apply if the pickup/dropoff location is outside of the Fox Valley radius as described above or unless it is in route to Lambeu Field. These are reduced rates due to the free advertising exposure we get in the staduim parking lots. This may mean that we park in our preferred locations and/or show the busses from time to time to customers passing by and hand out advertising flyers. Please mention to your driver if this is not acceptable for your event.

$50NSF fee for returned checks. Deposit checks must arrive in time to clear in order to reserve your ride.
